Graduate
The school offers market-driven and research oriented postgraduate programmes at both the masters and Doctoral Levels. In collaboration with the Directorate of Postgraduate Studies, the School co-ordinates the graduate programmes, provides teaching and supervision of students.
Admissions
Admission for postgraduate degree programmes is done throughout the year for January, May and September intakes. Application is done online through the Online Application System: https://admission.must.ac.ke/
Admission Criteria
- Doctor of Philosophy Degree: The applicants should have a Master degree from the Meru University of Science and Technology or an equivalent qualification from institutions recognized by Senate. Additionally, the prospective students shall be required to submit a research concept note to prove their capability of undertaking independent research.
- Master Degree Programmes: Prospective students for masters’ degree programmes should have a related Bachelor’s degree with at least Upper Division Second Class Honors, or an equivalent qualification from an institution recognized by the Meru University of Science and Technology Senate. Those with Lower Division Second Class Honors must have a minimum of two years relevant experience, or an equivalent qualification from another institution recognized by the University Senate.
